Using Mise-en-scene to create effects

Today we considered the use of mise-en-scene for creating effects,explored layering in sets and keywords Layering,Rudimentary and Depth.

• Rudimentary is the element stages (taken from the word replacing Rudi with Ele-mentary gives you the meaning a lot clearer)

• Depth-Visual distance of where things of interest

We started off with a exercise to test our meaning of depth, where we all sat from the same angle and viewed a object from the same angle, along the way various things were seen such as the door, desk,cupboard this added 

We looked at different layering's which could be used in different scenarios, one scenario focused on were Favellas, we imagined the scene would consist of a donkey, taco shop, street lights all of which adds autheticness to the scene.
